Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with stunning views of Trinity Inlet, and the size and facilities were just what we needed. The rooms had plenty of space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely outlook overlooking the marina. The service was top-notch, from being picked up at the airport with all the check-in information to helpful assistance with any requests. The dining experience was delightful, especially starting the day with a lovely breakfast. The facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area.
I was delighted with the spacious and clean room, perfect for my family with young children. The larger fridge in the one-bedroom apartment was a great feature. However, the service was a bit lacking in enthusiasm when it came to problem-solving. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and the Boardwalk, but a room without windows was a downside. The dining experience was lovely overall, especially during the day. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.
My stay at the Harbour Lights Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The hotel boasts a great location with a lovely view, but the lack of privacy in some rooms was a slight drawback. The rooms were very comfortable, though I found the limited bedside lamp a bit inconvenient.
I had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment with stunning harbor views. The rooms were spacious, offering everything I needed along with an amazing view of the Cairns harbor and parkland from the big balcony. However, I found the price a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the Harbor Lights complex, offering stunning views of Cairns harbour and parkland. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but they had everything I needed. The service provided by the team, especially Patrik, was exceptional. The location is superb, right on the harbor front and within walking distance to key attractions. Dining was enjoyable with a lovely outlook. Overall, a great value for money stay.
During our recent vacation in Cairns, the hotel provided spacious rooms with all mod cons, including a washer/dryer that made our stay convenient and comfortable. The cleanliness and daily servicing were exceptional, truly proving the worth of the room cost. However, the check-in process at the Booking Office was a bit confusing due to our privately owned apartment, ultimately affecting our overall experience positively.
I was thrilled with the room we stayed in, much better than the one owned by the company, but I was a bit disappointed to discover there was no housekeeping service for our garden view room. The apartment across the road appeared plain with big grey walls lacking any decorations, including a lot of mismatched patch-ups.
My stay at the Cairns private apartments provided a clean and comfortable place for us to relax and prepare for our Great Barrier Reef dive trip. The rooms had several maintenance and cleanliness issues but were big enough with all the facilities I wanted. The Hilton and Harbour Lights service was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was brilliant, close to many excellent restaurants and right on the Esplanade with a lovely view. The dining experience was lovely with a fantastic outlook during the day.
